環保敎育項目：「環保基金 – 減廢在校園」
Environmental Education Programme: Environment and Conservation Fund – Waste Reduction in Schools

我校參加了由基督教家庭服務中心舉辦的「環保基金 – 減廢在校園」項目，並於2018年10月至2019年3月於校內進行垃圾收費測試。根據數據整理後所得的結果，我校於測試期內的每日人均垃圾量為7間參與學校中第三低，人均減廢幅度亦超過20%，因此獲主辦單位頒發以下獎項：

• 全期人均垃圾量最少大獎 – 季軍
• 全期減廢大獎 – 銀獎

Our school joined the Environmental Education Programme called ‘Environment and Conservation Fund – Waste Reduction in Schools’ organized by the Christian Family Service Centre from October 2018 to March 2019. This programme was organized to simulate the Municipal Solid Waste Charging Scheme in schools in order to prepare students for it and to arouse their awareness on waste reduction. Our school has successfully completed the Programme. Among 7 participating schools, the average amount of waste produced daily by each student of our school was the third lowest and the rate of waste reduction per capita of our school was over 20%. Our school received two awards from the organizer:

• Minimum Waste Production Prize (per capita): Second Runner-up
• Waste Reduction Prize: Silver Award
