聖言中學陸運會 2025-2026 Sing Yin Secondary School Sports Day 2025-2026

本年度陸運會已於2026年1月6日及14日假斧山道運動場順利舉行。轉換到新的比賽場地，聖言仔又有新的成就突破。

陸運會第一天舉行了多項個人田項、徑項賽事，亦包括4x100班際接力賽。第二天，在備受觸目的社際接力賽中，4x100米賽事的甲、乙、丙組冠軍分別由紅、藍、綠社取得。而4x400米賽事中，甲、乙、丙組冠軍則分別由黃、黃、綠社奪得。

在緊張刺激的比賽期間，當然不少得四社連日來多番準備的啦啦隊表演助興。各社均派出實力相當宏厚的同學作舞蹈比拼，配上多首流行曲串燒和精彩排舞，為運動員加油打氣。經過一眾老師及家長評審後，由綠社奪得啦啦隊冠軍。而社全場總冠軍則是由黃社包攬，恭喜黃社。

聖言仔在陸運會上拼盡全力，將個人實力展現無遺，最終決出個人全場總冠軍。分別為丙組蔡昊洋、乙組張永希、及甲組梁鈞韶同學，恭喜以上得獎者。

是次陸運會雖面對寒冷的天氣，但各位同學對運動的熱情和團結的力量都勢不可擋，戰勝一起困難，突破自己。恭喜所有得獎同學及社，亦感謝老師和工作人員為陸運會作出貢獻。期待同學來年能在體育方面突破界限，再創佳績！

This year’s Sports Day was held successfully on the 6th and 14th of January in the Hammer Hill Road Sports Ground. Sing Yin boys achieved record-breaking results.

Individual track and field events and the 4x100 Inter-Class Relay Event were held on the first day. On the second day, the first places for grade A, B and C in the highly anticipated 4x100 Inter-House relay Event were won by Red House, Blue House and Green House respectively. In the 4x400 relay event, the champions of Grade A, Grade B, and Grade C were won by Yellow House, Yellow House, and Green House respectively.

Of course, the exciting events wouldn’t be complete without the cheerleading teams from the houses lifting the spirits of the crowd. Every house sent their best dancers to compete, their performances were accompanied by catchy hand selected pop songs playlists. After a round of adjudication from parents and teachers, the champion of the cheerleading competition was won by Green House and the overall championship was won by Yellow House. Congratulations to Yellow House.

The effort and spectacular performance displayed by Sing Yin Boys cannot go unnoticed, as evidenced by the winners of individual overall champions in the Grade A, B, C categories. They are Leung Quincy, Cheung Wing Hei and Choi Ho Yeung. Congratulations to the winners.

Although the Sports Day was met with cold weather, our unity and our passion for sports were forged into an unstoppable spirit, capable of pushing us through our limits and any obstacle in front of us. Congratulations to all the awardees. We owe immense gratitude to all the teachers and helpers for their commitment and support for the Sports Day. We hope our students will continue to achieve breakthroughs in sports in the coming Sports Day!
