今年師生低碳煮食比賽的主題爲素食。四隊參賽的老師和同學,烹調了簡易美味的低碳菜餚,希望推廣素食文化,喚起大眾愛護環境。

The theme for the Low Carbon Cooking Competition this year was vegetarian cuisine.

Four teams of students collaborated with their teachers to design fascinating recipes using low-carbon ingredients. Through this activity, we hope to promote green lifestyles and arouse the public’s awareness for environmental conservation.
