學校交流計劃——南京金陵高中 School Exchange Program with Nanjing Jinling High School

今日我們迎來了遠道而來的朋友——南京金陵高中的周校長、吳老師與十四位初中的同學。兩岸師生跨越千里，以知識、文化為橋，攜手促進兩地文化交流。

南京金陵高中的師生在上午時段體驗了本校的不同課堂，例如：經濟、生物和英文，讓同學認識本地學校的上課安排、教學重點；兩校交流亦不只侷限在課堂，也能在課後時段體會文化的不同，故此，本校特地邀請友校師生參與我校的傳統文化活動：賣懶跑、寫春聯。前者，寄意同學隨著新年的到來將壞習慣悉數拋棄，讓自己在新一年有個好開始；後者，除了能寄寓美好祝福，也能領會書法令人專注凝神之妙。在一連串的活動中，兩校同學其樂融融。

隨後，友校師生也為我們帶來了文化藝術表演，例如：剪紙和琺瑯工藝，我們得見在剪刀遊走間，春天的「福」字，便輕落在手心；在琺瑯釉彩裡，吉祥福瑞的圖案亦栩栩如生。是次南京金陵高中師生來訪，為兩校的友誼發展埋下了種子，在此祝願兩校友誼長行！

Today, we were honored to welcome Principal Zou, Ms. Wu, and fourteen junior high students from Nanjing Jinling High School. Despite the thousand-mile distance, teachers and students from both regions gathered to build a bridge of knowledge and cultural exchange.

The visit began with an immersive classroom experience, where our guests joined Economics, Biology, and English lessons to gain insight into our local curriculum and teaching styles. Beyond the classroom, the exchange extended into traditional festive celebrations. As the Lunar New Year approaches, we invited our visitors to participate in ""Mailan Run"" (Running Away from Laziness)—a tradition symbolizing the shedding of bad habits—and the art of writing Spring Couplets to practice mindfulness and share New Year blessings.

In return, the students from Nanjing treated us to a showcase of traditional arts. We witnessed the delicate craft of paper-cutting, where ""Fortune"" characters appeared as if by magic, and admired the vibrant, lifelike designs of enamel handicraft. This visit has planted the seeds of a lasting connection, and we look forward to the continued growth of the friendship between our two schools.
