Appropriate Extra-curricular Activities (ECA) can help develop students' interests, leadership, social skills and time management skills. They can also promote the mental and physical health of our students. Indeed, researches show that ECA helps improve academic achievement as well, as long as it is not overdone. Therefore, we consider ECA as an integral part of our education.
